We have compiled a set of tips for hidden camera detection in our app. Use these tips whenever you are staying in a public place. These tips allow you to manually search for any hidden cameras easily.

This app comprises of two features:

Whenever you are in a public place where you think your privacy may be compromised, this feature will help you. There are certain places where Hidden Devices and Microphones may be placed. Our tips section will allow you to find different ways to search for these devices in your surroundings manually.

=> Device Detector Feature:

Almost all electronic devices have their own magnetic field. What we are doing in this app is that we are using android internal magnetic field sensor. Whenever the magnetic-field sensor reading go beyond a certain level app tells the to check the surroundings manually for any devices. Our Tips for hidden camera detection feature can be useful to inspect the suspected area.

This app uses Magnetic field sensor to work properly for device detection feature. If the reading is stuck on very high you may need to re-calibrate the magnetometer sensor. You can do this by simply shaking the phone 3 to 4 times. Make sure you calibrate the sensor before starting your search microphone.

There are physical Metal Detectors which are available in market. They also use magnetic field sensors to detect ferromagnetic metals and scanner. Our Device Detector feature may also give high reading when it is brought close to a ferromagnetic metal. So whenever you are trying to search for an electronic device,bug,detector make sure that no ferromagnetic metal is nearby to avoid distortion.
